Imam ul Haq Credits Babar Azam for Helping Him Overcome Early Career Challenges

Imam ul Haq, the Pakistani opener, recently spoke about his early struggles with pressure and how his captain, Babar Azam, helped him overcome them. In an interview with PCB Digital, Imam revealed that he found it particularly frustrating when people compared him to his uncle, Inzamam ul Haq. “I won’t lie, at first I struggled to handle the pressure. But Babar was a major support for me. We played a lot of cricket together and also discussed any doubts we had. My family is full of fighters and we don’t give up easily, so I continued to work hard and was fortunate to have supportive people around me,” Imam said.
